Difference of Blood Lipids and Hemorheological Parameters in Man and Woman

目的了解男性和女性人群中的血脂、血糖及血液流变学指标的差异。方法对5509名体检者的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血糖及血液流变学指标的检测结果进行比较分析。结果血脂及血糖正常者,男性1085例(32.49%),女性1018例(46.91%),血脂及血糖升高者,男性2254例(67.51%),女性1152例(53.09%)(χ^(2)=113.74,P<0.01);男性的空腹血糖(GLU)、TG及全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数高于女性(P<0.01),红细胞变形指数和红细胞电泳指数低于女性(P<0.01),男女TC检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论男性血脂及血糖升高者多于女性;男性血脂及血糖值高于女性,血液流变学指标与女性比较明显异常。

Objective To understand the differences in blood lipids,blood glucose and hemorheological parameters in men and women.Methods The results of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),blood glucose and hemorheological parameters of 5509 people for medical examination were analyzed and compared.Results Normal blood lipids and blood glucose were in 1085 males(32.49%)and 1018 females(46.91%);elevated blood lipids and blood glucose were in 2254 males(67.51%)and 1152 females(53.09%)(χ^(2)=113.74,P<0.01).Fasting blood glucose(GLU),TG,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,and red blood cell aggregation index were higher in males than those in females(P<0.01).Red blood cell deformation index and red blood cell electrophoresis index were lower in males than those in females(P<0.01).Conclusion There are more males with elevated blood lipids and blood glucose than females,males'blood lipids and blood glucose values are higher than females',and hemorheological parameters are different between males and females.
