Sysmex CS2500与Sysmex CS5100血凝仪测定结果的比对分析

Comparison and Analysis of the Results of Sysmex CS2500 and Sysmex CS5100 Blood Coagulation Analyzers

目的对涟水县人民医院检验科门、急诊两台全自动血凝仪测定结果进行比对分析,探究其检测结果的一致性及可靠性。方法随机选取20例标本,分别在通过校准和室内质控的Sysmex CS2500与Sysmex CS5100血凝仪对凝血酶原时间、部分凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原进行检测。分析两台仪器检测结果的偏差及检测项目的相关性。结果两台仪器的各检测项目结果的偏差均在可允许的范围内,比对合格。两台仪器各检测项目具有较好的相关性,相关系数r>0.975且r 2>0.95。结论Sysmex CS2500与Sysmex CS5100对于同一检测项目的结果具有良好的一致性及可靠性,能够相互作为凝血检测的补充仪器,为临床对患者诊疗过程提供方便。

Objective To compare and analyze the detection results of two automatic blood coagulation analyzers in clinical laboratory of outpatient department and emergency department of Lianshui County People's Hospital,and to explore the consistency and reliability of the results.Methods Twenty samples were randomly selected.Prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and fibrinogen were detected by the Sysmex CS2500 and Sysmex CS5100 automatic blood coagulation analyzer which were calibrated and quality-controlled in the laboratory.The deviation and correlation of results between the two instruments were analyzed.Results The deviation of all test items between Sysmex CS2500 and Sysmex CS5100 were within the allowable range suggesting the comparison was qualified.All items detected by the two analyzers had good correlation,with correlation coefficient r>0.975 and r 2>0.95.Conclusion Sysmex CS2500 and Sysmex CS5100 have good consistency and reliability for the results of the same sample.They can be used as complementary analyzers for blood coagulation detection,providing convenience for the clinical treatment process of patients.
