体教融合理念下学校体育内涵式发展实践困境与推进策略 被引量:26

摘要 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,在体教融合理念下剖析学校体育内涵式发展的价值、实践困境与推进策略。内涵式发展是以事物的内部因素作为动力和资源的发展模式,学校体育内涵式发展具有促进学生健康且全面发展、推进公平优质体育教育、推动应试体育教育向素质教育转型等价值。实践困境:短期效益与长期效益仍未平衡,多重目标需协调发展;资源配置不均衡,师资队伍建设有待加强;制度建设有待完善,制度执行有待监管。推进策略:完善制度体系,加强学校体育制度保障;激发教育系统内在创生力,充分挖掘内在发展潜力;建立“多维融通”发展模式,全方位提升体育教师专业能力;构建“家校社”育人共同体,发挥协同育人功效。 By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the value,diffi culty and promotion strategies of the connotative development of school physical education under the concept of the integration of sports and education.Connotative development is a development mode in which the internal factors of things are the driving force and resources.The connotative development of school physical education has the value of promoting students'healthy and all-round development,promoting fair and high-quality physical education,and promoting examination oriented physical education to quality education.Practical diffi culty:The short-term and long-term benefi ts are still not balanced and the multiple objectives need to be coordinated.The resource allocation is unbalanced and the construction of teaching staff needs to be strengthened.The system construction needs to be improved and the system implementation needs to be supervised.Promotion strategies:We should improve the system to strengthen the institutional guarantee of school physical education,stimulate the inherent creativity of education system to fully excavate the inherent development potential,establish multi-dimensional integration development mode to comprehensively enhance the professional ability of P.E.teachers,and construct home-school-community education community to play the role of collaborative education.
