氧化锆陶瓷球阀的材料性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,陶瓷球阀在煤化工黑水处理中的应用越来越广泛。黑水中含有大量腐蚀介质和硬质颗粒,会对阀门造成腐蚀和磨损,以煤化工黑水处理工况为背景,对陶瓷球阀常用的材料氧化锆陶瓷,金属球阀常用材料F304和喷涂WC的F304材料进行了盐雾腐蚀实验、硬度测试和磨损实验。实验表明,氧化锆陶瓷材料没有发生任何腐蚀现象,硬度值是三种材料中最高的、磨痕深度值和磨损体积量最小。 In recent years,ceramic ball valves have been widely used in coal chemical black water treatment.Black water contains a lot of corrosive media and hard particles,which can cause corrosion and wear on the valve.Based on the black water treatment of coal chemical industry,this paper conducted salt spray corrosion test,hardness test and wear test on zirconia ceramics commonly used in ceramic ball valves,F304 commonly used in metal ball valves and F304 sprayed WC.The results show that there is no corrosion in zirconia ceramic materials,the hardness is the highest,and the wear depth and the wear volume are the smallest.
