摘要 射频识别技术是物联网感知层的关键技术之一,针对射频识别的应用研究越来越多。近年来,许多国内外的学者开始着眼于基于RFID标签天线的无源传感技术,此技术除了能实现射频识别系统原有的自动识别功能外,还增加了传感功能。本文首先从发展历史、分类、工作原理的角度概述RFID传感标签。重点综述了近十年来RFID传感标签的最新研究进展。总结了RFID传感标签目前有待解决的问题,分别为标签易受阅读距离、角度、金属环境干扰以及识别范围有限。最后分析了RFID传感标签在物流、结构健康监测以及零部件损伤监测中的应用前景。 Radio frequency identification(RFID) is one of the key technologies in the perception layer of the Internet of things. There are more and more researches on the application of RFID. In recent years, many researchers began to focus on passive sensing technology based on RFID tag antenna. This new technology can not only identify products automatically, but also have the function of passive sensing. This paper summarizes RFID sensing tag from the perspective of development history, classification, working principle and the latest research progress in the past decade. The problems of RFID sensing tag that need to be solved in the future are as follows: tags are easy to be disturbed by reading distance, angle, metal environment and the recognition range of tag is limited. Finally, the application prospect of RFID sensing tag in logistics, structural health monitoring and parts damage monitoring is analyzed.
