摘要
制造执行系统MES(Manufacturing Execution System)可以为用户提供一个快速反应、有弹性、精细化的制造业环境,帮助企业降低成本、按期交货、提高产品质量和提高服务质量.本文以某汽车制造厂总装车间的实施案例为例,搭建了汽车总装生产线的MES系统架构,设计并实现了网络模块、数据管理模块、生产监控模块、ANDON模块和数据维护模块等模块的功能。
