几种常见耐磨耐冲击材料的综合性能对比分析 被引量:4

摘要 本文对几种耐磨耐冲击材料的综合性能进行了分析,包括高铬铸铁Cr20、低铬铸铁Cr5、球墨铸铁QT900、Cr12MoV、Cr12W、42CrMo以及高锰钢Mn13。通过洛氏硬度、布氏硬度、摩擦磨损试验、冲击韧性及金相分析,得出结论:高铬铸铁适用于中低冲击负荷条件下的耐磨耐冲击部件;高锰钢适合于高冲击负荷下的工况;而在中等冲击载荷下,可选用耐磨性和耐冲击性能一般的低合金钢42CrMo。 This article studied the comprehensive performance of some wear-resistant and impact resistant materials, including high chromium cast iron Cr20, low chromium cast iron Cr5, ductile iron QT900, alloy steel Cr12MoV, Cr12W, 42CrMo and high manganese steel Mn13. By means of rockwell hardness, brinell hardness, friction and wear test, impact toughness and metallographic analysis,the results show that high chromium cast iron Cr20 is suitable for wear resistant and impact resistant components in the condition with low and medium impact load;High manganese steel is suitable for high impact load conditions. In the condition with medium impact load, low alloy steel 42CrMo is available with moderate wear resistance and impact resistance.
