摘要
在铁路卸煤工作中常使用挖掘机辅助卸煤的工作方式。本文针对挖掘机辅助卸煤工作过程中存在的撞帮及其他安全问题,设计挖掘机卸煤辅助防碰撞装置。通过对挖掘机最后一节动臂在车厢内空间位置变化的平面分解,和最后一节动臂在车厢内可能运动到的极限位置的分析,优化防碰撞装置安装位置。这种装置,可以减少工作中的机械损伤、提高工作安全性。
Excavators are often used to assist coal unloading in railway coal unloading.Aiming at the collision and other safety problems in the process of excavator’s auxiliary coal unloading, this paper designs the auxiliary anti-collision device for excavator’s coal unloading. By analyzing the plane decomposition of the spatial position change of the last moving arm of the excavator in the compartment and the possible limit position of the last moving arm in the compartment, the installation position of the anti-collision device was optimized. This kind of device can reduce the mechanical damage in the work and improve the work safety.
