摘要
根据城市内涝狭小环境应用需求,针对地下车库、地铁检修口、狭小巷子等严重内涝区域,实现长时间作业,满足排涝、清污的目标,本文设计一种"一带一"的方案:整个装备由一辆运输车提供液压动力,经100m液压软管输送至两栖履带排水车,通过控制两栖履带排水车内部比例控制阀,实现两栖履带排水车陆地、水上行驶及排水泵作业;平时由运输车装载两栖履带排水车。并建立两栖履带排水车Solidworks三维模型,通过多体仿真软件RecurDyn中对设计工况进行仿真测试,结果表明该方案满足设计指标。
According to the urban waterlogging narrow environment application needs, in view of the underground garage, underground access port, narrow alley, such as severe waterlogging area, realize the long time operation, to meet the goal of drainage, sewage disposal, this paper designed a kind of ", the "plan: the equipment is provided by a truck hydraulic power, by the 100 m amphibious crawler hydraulic hose to drain the car, by controlling the amphibious crawler drainage car internal proportional control valve, amphibious crawler drainage car land, water and drainage pump operation;Amphibious crawler drainage vehicle is usually loaded by transport vehicle.The solidWorks 3D model of amphibious crawler drainage vehicle was established. The simulation test of design conditions was carried out in multi-body simulation software RecurDyn, and the results showed that the scheme met the design indexes.
