Factory Equipment Transformation Based on Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) Technology

当前,全球都在加速布局物联网,物联网在我国正处于急速发展阶段。各企业也都积极响应"中国制造2025"战略。然而日新月异的科技发展加速了工业设备的更新换代,导致一些陈旧设备其本身虽具有很高的使用价值,却无法跟上中国制造的战略需求,因此就需要对这些设备进行相应的升级改造。本文主要是对工业物联网进行分析,针对如何对老旧设备进行硬件层次的改造提出相应的解决办法和建议,并适当例举相关改造实例及其技术升级的方向,分析设备改造与购进新设备之间的利弊。

Currently, the world is accelerating the deployment of the Internet of things, and the Internet of things is in a rapid development stage in our country. All companies are also actively responding to the "Made in China 2025" strategy. However, as the rapid development of science and technology is accelerating the upgrading of industrial equipment, some obsolete equipment with high use value cannot keep up with the strategic needs of China’s manufacturing. Therefore, it is necessary to upgrade and transform these equipment accordingly. This article mainly analyzes the industrial Internet of things, puts forward corresponding solutions and suggestions on how to carry out hardware transformation of old equipment, lists some related transformation examples and the direction of technological upgrading, and weighs the pros and cons of old equipment transformation and new equipment purchase.
