摘要
运用低能耗、低排放第二代循环流化床锅炉(CFB)的理论原理和技术思路,针对菏泽民生热力公司原有的一代1#、2#CFB锅炉在能耗和环保排放方面的不足,提出了一种一代循环流化床锅炉不进行结构大改,通过运行调整上"控燃料颗粒度、控一次风压、控料层厚度、优化一二次风配比"的方法实现节能进步。通过近一年的摸索实施,有效降低了锅炉风机能耗、提高了锅炉效率、减少了NOX原始排放、减轻了锅炉磨损,效果显著。
based on the theory and technical thinking of the second-generation circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFB) with low energy consumption and low emission, in view of the insufficiency of the original generation 1# and 2# CFB boilers of Heze Minsheng Thermal Power Company in energy consumption and environmental protection emission, in this paper, a new method of saving energy for cfb boiler is put forward, which can control the fuel particle size, the primary air pressure, the thickness of the charge layer and the ratio of primary and Secondary Air. Through nearly one year’s trial implementation, the boiler fan energy consumption is effectively reduced, the boiler efficiency is improved, the original NOX emission is reduced, the boiler wear is reduced, the effect is remarkable.
