为服务烟台市海洋强市和济南、青岛、烟台新旧动能转换试验区建设,支撑烟台市海洋科技创新,改变海洋产业结构不够科学,层次偏低的现状,本文提出通过发展和培育相关海洋产业,完善海洋领域产学研协同创新机制和金融支持体系建设,加快构建烟台市海洋产业体系,全面推动海洋产业高质量发展。

In order to serve the construction of Yantai’s strong marine city and the construction of the new and old kinetic energy conversion pilot areas in Ji, Qing, and Yantai, support the marine scientific and technological innovation of Yantai, and change the current situation of unscientific and low-level marine industry structure, this article proposes to develop and cultivate related marine industries. Improve the cooperative innovation mechanism of industry, university and research in the marine field and the construction of financial support system, accelerate the construction of the marine industry system of Yantai, and comprehensively promote the high-quality development of the marine industry.
