轧机电气系统节能改造方案设计及应用

摘要 随着钢铁行业增长速度放缓、产能过剩、节能减排等问题,根据某厂轧机实际运行情况,从用电和发电两方面着手,提高用电效率,对原电气传动系统原直流方案改交流方案和原直流方案改造的比较,合理优化供电系统,提出了节能改造的方案,经过改造后效果明显,为其它类似轧机节能改造提供借鉴。 With the problems of slowing down the growth rate, overcapacity, energy saving and emission reduction in the iron and steel industry, according to the actual operation situation of a rolling mill in a factory, the power consumption efficiency is improved from two aspects of power consumption and power generation. By comparing the original DC scheme to AC scheme and the original DC scheme, the power supply system is optimized reasonably, and the energy-saving renovation scheme is put forward. After transformation, the effect is obvious, which provides reference for other similar rolling mills.
