某电厂燃机发电机振动故障分析及处理

摘要 针对某燃机电厂大修后发电机出现振动大故障进行了深入分析。大修期间,发电机转子返厂处理,更换励端部分跨线。机组大修后运行,空载3000 r·min-1及满负荷时振动大。通过动平衡试验成功消除了发电机外伸端不平衡量。发电机本身存在的电气故障需要进一步返厂处理。 This paper presents a detail research on a vibration high fault after overhaul occurred on a Gas turbine power plant generator. During the overhaul, the generator rotor back to factory processing and replace section across the line of the generator excitation end. The gas turbine unit vibrates high in the idle 3000 r·min-1 and full load. The unbalanced amount of generator overhang was successfully eliminated by dynamic balance test. The electrical fault of generator itself needs to be returned to the factory to handle.
