2020年新冠疫情的发生对企业数字化转型的过程加入了催化剂,也让我们有了更深刻的领悟和思考。信息技术的革命使得打败企业的不只是同行更有跨界,如何在企业发展变革的过程稳中求进、如何在新的竞争环境下打造可持续竞争能力成为企业关注的焦点。本文是通过对企业数字化转型发展现状的分析,结合多年从事信息化和工业化融合服务的实践经验,明确了数字经济下企业构筑可持续能力的方法与路径,并以案例阐述企业获取可持续竞争能力完成数字化转型的过程。

The outbreak of the COVID-19 has added a catalyst to the process of digital transformation of enterprises in 2020, which also gives us a deeper understanding and thinking. The revolution of information technology makes it not only the peers who defeat enterprises, but also cross-border. How to make progress steadily in the process of enterprise development and change, and how to create sustainable competitiveness in the new competitive environment have become the focus of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the current situation of enterprise digital transformation development, combined with the practical experience of many years engaged in information and industrialization integration services, this paper defines the methods and paths for enterprises to build sustainable capacity under the digital economy, and illustrates the process of enterprises to achieve sustainable competitiveness and complete digital transformation with a case study.
