摘要
本文根据齐鲁石化化工产品销售订单开具、发货、安检、装车、出厂等各个环节管理现状,设计了一个自助式产品提货系统方案并进行应用。通过与化工销售公司ERP、企业ERP无缝对接、数据实时交互,与物流系统、质检系统、CRM系统及电商平台等系统有机集成,合理设计产品出厂流程,达到全过程线上管理,减少发货环节人为疏漏,降低手工录入出错率,提高发货协作能力。通过系统引入客户自助式、预约式管理机制,增强了提货业务管理的计划性、合理性,提升产品出厂效率,降低了人工成本。
In this paper, according to the current management situation of Qilu Petrochemical chemical products sales order issuing, delivery, security inspection, loading and delivery, a self-service product delivery system is designed and applied. Through seamless docking with ERP and enterprise ERP of chemical sales company, real-time data interaction, organic integration with logistics system, quality inspection system, CRM system, e-commerce platform and other systems, reasonable design of product delivery process, achieve online management of the whole process, reduce human omissions in the delivery process, reduce the error rate of manual entry, and improve the ability of delivery cooperation. Through the introduction of customer selfservice and appointment management mechanism in the system, the planning and rationality of picking business management is enhanced, the ex-factory efficiency of products is improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
