摘要
目前,车辆的整车质心和最大侧倾角度一般通过车辆侧倾试验台利用称重技术获得,本文通过引用一些简单的理论公式,分析了称重精度对试验结果的影响,从而指导相关工程人员了解称重精度的重要性并根据设计目的选择合理的称重试验台,并根据试验数据的分布特点给出了试验台标定的原则。
At present, the vehicle mass center and the maximum roll angle of the vehicle are usually tested by vehicle roll rig using the weighing technology. In this paper, analysis has been done with referring to some simple theory formula based on weighing accuracy of test results. It can give some guidance to the engineering personnel to understand the importance of weighing precision and select reasonable weighing test bench. Test bench calibration principle was presented according to the distribution characteristics of experimental data.
