摘要 垃圾吊行车是垃圾焚烧发电厂重要设备,垃圾吊行车运行的可靠性是焚烧炉安全稳定运行的根本保证。针对垃圾吊行车在实际运行中频繁出现的电缆松弛、抓斗溜钩、大小车定位不准等情况。通过采取将垃圾吊行车同步升降机构改造为独立恒张力机构,将抓斗起升变频器的开环控制改为闭环控制,增加大小车复位点等技术措施对垃圾吊行车进行一系列的优化改造。改造后垃圾吊行车性能稳定、运行可靠、故障率降低、生产效率提高,为焚烧机组的安全稳定运行提供了可靠保障。 The garbage crane is an important equipment in the garbage incineration power plant. The reliability of the garbage crane is the fundamental guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the incinerator. In view of the frequent occurrence of cable relaxation, grab hook sliding and inaccurate positioning of trolley in the actual operation of garbage crane. A series of technical measures are taken to optimize the garbage crane, such as transforming the synchronous lifting mechanism of the garbage crane into an independent constant tension mechanism, changing the open-loop control of the grab lifting frequency converter into a closed-loop control, and increasing the reset points of large and small trucks. After the transformation, the traveling performance of the garbage crane is stable, the operation is reliable, the failure rate is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved, which provides a reliable guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the incineration unit.
