Solidworks在连续流硝化反应工程中的应用实例

摘要 在一个采用微通道反应设备的连续流硝化反应工程实例中,使用Solidworks软件进行设备布局,管道配置等工程设计,显示出Solidworks制图简单、设计高效等特点;特别是在本工程实例中使用了大量的钢衬四氟管道,使用Solidworks设计和出图,实物装配后发现:设计和实物完美统一,装配误差不超过一个垫片的厚度3mm。 In a case of a set of continuous flow nitrification equipment with micro reactors, Solidworks software was used to do the engineering design such as equipment layout and pipelines arrangement and so on, which showed that drawings by Solidworks were easy and design efficiency was high. Especially in this project a large number of pre-manufactured Teflon-lined steel pipelines were used, Solidworks was used to design and output drawings, the result after real assembling is that the assembly error did not exceed the thickness of one gasket i.e., 3 mm.
