脊柱创伤患者实施PVP微创脊柱创伤手术的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of PVP Minimally Invasive Spinal Trauma Surgery in Patients with Spinal Trauma

目的:分析脊柱创伤患者实施PVP微创脊柱创伤手术的应用效果.方法:选取本院2019年8月-2020年8月诊治的150例脊柱创伤患者开展本次试验研究,将所有患者随机均分为对照组75例和观察组75例.对照组给予常规脊柱创伤手术治疗,观察组给予PVP微创脊柱创伤手术治疗,比较2组临床疗效.结果:与对照组术中出血量、平均住院时间和手术时间相比,观察组均明显偏低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗有效率相比,观察组明显偏高(P<0.05);与对照组并发症发生率相比,观察组明显偏低(P<0.05).结论:给予脊柱创伤患者PVP微创脊柱创伤手术治疗可以有效改善患者手术情况,提升临床疗效,降低并发症发生率,具有推广价值.

Objective:To analyze the application effect of PVP minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery in patients with spinal trauma.Methods:150 patients with spinal trauma in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected to carry out the experimental study.All patients were randomly divided into control group(75 cases)and observation group(75 cases).The control group was given conventional spinal trauma surgery,and the observation group was given PVP minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery.Results:Compared with the control group,the blood loss,average hospitalization time and operation time in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:PVP minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery for patients with spinal trauma can effectively improve the surgical condition of patients,enhance the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of complications,and has the promotion value.
