摘要 目的:讨论低剂量吲哚美辛联合GANT-61通过调控软骨细胞焦亡减轻骨关节炎软骨损伤的效果.方法:选择健康昆明种小鼠30只,随机分为吲哚美辛组、吲哚美辛联合GANT-61组、GANT-61组、对照组与正常组,每组6只.结果:吲哚美辛联合GANT-61的血清炎症因子减少明显(P<0.05);吲哚美辛+GANT-61组的关节炎症消退明显.结论:低剂量吲哚美辛联合GANT-61通过调控软骨细胞焦亡可减少血清炎症.因此,改善关节炎软骨损伤状况. Objective:To discuss the effect of low dose indomethacin combined with GANT-61 on the reduction of cartilage damage in osteoarthritis by regulating chondrocyte pyrodeath.Methods:thirty healthy kunming mice were selected and randomly divided into indomethacin group,indomethacin combined with Gant-61 group,Gant-61 group,control group and normal group,with 6 mice in each group.Results:Indomethacin combined with GANT-61 significantly reduced serum inflammatory factors(P<0.05).In the indomethacin+GANT-61 group,the inflammation of the joints subsided significantly.Conclusion:Low dose indomethacin combined with GANT-61 can reduce serum inflammation by regulating chondrocyte pyrodeath and thus improve cartilage damage in arthritis.
