探讨个体化护理干预对胫骨骨折髓内钉术后患者关节功能恢复和生活质量的影响

Objective to Explore the Effect of Individualized Nursing Intervention on Joint Function Recovery and Quality of Life of Patients with Tibial Fracture after Intramedullary Nailing

目的:探究采用个体化护理干预对胫骨骨折髓内钉术后患者关节功能和生活质量的影响.方法:选取在我院骨外科进行治疗的86例胫骨骨折髓内钉术后患者作为观察对象,将其按入院顺序均分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例患者.对照组患者采用骨科术后常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施个性化护理干预,比较2组患者护理后关节功能恢复情况以及护理前后生活质量变化情况.结果:观察组患者膝关节功能(AKS)评分及踝关节功能(Kofoed)评分的优良率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后,2组患者生活质量量表ADL评分均较护理前有显著提高(P<0.05),其中观察组ADL评分提高较对照组更为显著(P<0.05).结论:个性化护理能有效促进胫骨骨折髓内钉术后患者关节功能恢复,有效改善患者生活质量,具有较高的临床护理应用价值.

Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention on joint function and quality of life of patients with tibial fracture after intramedullary nailing.Methods:86 patients with tibial fracture after intramedullary nailing were selected as the ob-servation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 43 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention after orthopedic surgery,while the patients in the observation group were given personalized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The recovery of joint function and the changes of quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:the excellent and good rates of knee joint function(aks)score and ankle function(kofoed)score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing intervention,the ADL scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before nursing(P<0.05),and the ADL score of the observation group was more significantly improved than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:personalized nursing can effectively promote the recovery of joint function of patients with tibial fracture after intramedullary nailing,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients,with high clinical nursing application value.
