中国是国际公认的工程建设领域的行家,尤其是近年来随着“一带一路”倡议的实施,国际工程项目在全球范围内遍地开花。随之而来的是国际工程项目争议、纠纷也越来越多,合同管理就成为维护双方权利的重要举措,毫不夸张地说,合同管理已成为贯穿整个项目中最关键的内容之一。本文从国际工程合同管理的特征出发,分析存在的一些常见问题,并提出相应的对策,希望为业内提供参考。

China is an internationally recognized expert in the field of engineering construction,especially in recent years with the implementation of the“Belt and Road”􏌫Initiative,international engineering projects are blooming all over the world.Subsequently,there are more and more disputes in international engineering projects,and contract management has become an important measure to safeguard the rights of both parties.It is needless to say that contract management has become one of the most critical contents throughout the whole project.Based on the characteristics of international engineering contract management,this paper analyzes some common problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,hoping to provide reference for the industry.
