从地图上来看,我国不仅是一个水资源丰富的国家,也是一个水旱灾害发生较为频繁的国家,且从我国的历史文化中看,古时有大禹治水、兴水利、除水害等,现代还有南水北调等的大型水利工程。近些年来我国在各级地方都贯彻落实了中央政府对治水、管水的政策方针,同时还深入开展了对水的法治建设,充分鼓励各地区进一步的完善水利工程河道的治理。本文就我国水利工程河道治理进行探索,对其存在的问题以及相关的管理对策展开详细的探讨,进一步的加强我国地方水利工程河道的治理方针。

Judging from the map,China is not only a country with abundant water resources,but also a country with frequent floods and droughts.From the historical and cultural perspective of our country,there were ancient times such as Dayu's water control,water conservancy,and water damage elimination.,Hyundai also has large-scale water conservancy projects such as South-to-North Water Diversion.In recent years,China has implemented the central government’s policies and guidelines for water governance and management at all levels and at the same time has also carried out in-depth legal construction of water,and fully encouraged all regions to further improve the governance of water conservancy projects.This article explores the governance of water conservancy projects in China,discusses its existing problems and related management countermeasures in detail,and further strengthens the governance policies of local water conservancy projects in China.
