环境破坏日益严重、极端天气频发以及土壤空气污染影响了人类社会的持续发展。环境保护已成为全社会的共识。国家也下大力度致力于保护生态环境。建筑行业要以身作则,紧跟绿色发展步伐,促进国家环保产业持续发展。土地荒漠化、水资源浪等问题日益凸显,导致人类生存环境日益恶化,转变发展方式势在必行。因此,建筑业要转变方向推进绿色发展战略。智慧城市是新兴的建设理念,成为现代化进程中指导思想。

Environmental damage is becoming more and more serious,extreme weather and soil air pollution aff ect the sustainable development of human society.Environmental protection has become the consensus of the whole society.The state has also made great eff orts to protect the ecological environment.As a construction industry to lead by example,follow the pace of green development,development of green buildings,for the direction of urban building development,to promote the sustainable development of national environmental protection industry.Problems such as desertification and water surges have been highlighted.There is uncertainty about human development.It is imperative to change the way of development,therefore,the construction industry should change direction to promote the green development strategy.Smart City is a new concept of construction,which has become the guiding ideology in the process of modernization.
