乡村旅游发展对土地利用变化的影响——基于四个县域的多案例研究

开展乡村旅游发展对土地利用变化的影响研究,在乡村旅游推动乡村振兴、农村精准扶贫等领域具有重要的实践意义.运用遥感影像技术、地理信息系统(GIS)、PRA(参与型农村调查与评估)半结构访谈工具等方法,深入分析五峰县、英山县、监利市和微山县等案例地乡村旅游发展对土地利用变化的影响.结果表明,四个案例地的乡村旅游发展和土地利用情况在十年间发生了较大变化,在乡村旅游发展的大背景下,五峰、英山、监利和微山四县中土地利用的强度、功能、布局均发展迅猛,土地利用效益也因此得到了提高.总体来看,乡村旅游发展能够有效促进土地利用水平、显著提升土地利用质量.表明了乡村旅游能够正面影响土地利用变化.该研究结果能够为乡村旅游和土地利用相关理论提供新的参考,为乡村旅游发展与土地利用模式优化和旅游用地相关政策提供理论指导.

Research on the impact of rural tourism on land use change is of great significance in the fields of rural tourism promoting rural revitalization and rural precision poverty alleviation.Remote sensing image technology,geographic information system(GIS),AMOS structural equation model,PRA(participatory rural survey and assessment)semi-structural interview tool and other methods were used to analyzethe impact of rural tourism development on land use change in case areas such as Wufeng County,Yingshan County,Jianli City and Weishan County in depth.The results show that the development of rural tourism and land use in the four casecouties have changed greatly in the past ten years,and the development of rural tourism can effectively promote the development of land use level and quality.The development of rural tourism has a complex mechanism of action on the change of land use,which is a dynamic development process influenced by various factors such as government,residents’participation and economic and social environment.On the whole,rural tourism has a positive impact on land use change,which would provied reference for the selection of new urbanization development mode of rural tourism destinations.
