Application of Z-MR Chart in Multi-species Small-volume Aerospace Products

针对航天型号产品多品种小批量的特点,分析了常规SPC (统计过程控制)控制图使用中存在的问题。通过数据标准化处理,探索得出适用于多品种小批量产品的Z-MR控制图,明确了操作流程与步骤,并形成应用实践,为航天生产现场多品种小批量产品统计过程控制提供了解决途径。

In the light of the features of the multi-species small-volume aerospace products,this paper analyzes the problems in the use of conventional control charts.Through data standardization processing,the Z-MR chart for multi-species and small batch products is explored,and the operating process and steps are clarified,and the application practice is carried out,which provides a solution for the statistical process control of multi-species small-volume aerospace products in the short term at the aerospace production site.
