Research Themes Evolution and Development Directions on Domestic Think Tank Construction

[目的/意义]通过文献梳理,了解我国智库建设与发展的主题演进与未来智库建设的重点工作,为国内智库建设的研究与实践提供参考。[方法/过程]本文基于中国知网核心期刊文献,首先,应用文献计量方法分析主题的演进特点,并归纳热点研究主题;其次,对热点主题中涉及的智库类型和智库组织,通过内容分析,梳理关于智库建设与发展的重点研究内容;最后,提炼了我国智库建设与发展的重点工作。[结果/结论]我国智库建设研究主题的变化与政策热点高度相关,近年,研究热度有所下降。重点研究内容包括机构联动与协同创新、大数据技术应用、体制机制与运行管理等7个方面。归纳和提炼了智库组织、人才队伍、成果质量、传播影响、体制机制与运行管理等几项重点工作。

[Purpose/significance]Based on literature,this paper analyzes the theme evolution process of domestic think tank construction and the key tasks of future development,so that we can provide reference for the research and practice of domestic think tank construction.[Method/process]Based on CNKI core journal literature,firstly,we apply bibliometric methods to analyze the theme evolution,and summarize the key topics;secondly,focusing on the types of think tanks and think tank organizations involved in the key topics,sort out the key research points on the construction and development of think tanks through content analysis;finally,the key tasks for the construction and development of think tanks in China are refined.[Result/conclusion]The evolution of research theme was highly related to policy hotspots;research enthusiasm has been declining in the past two years.Seven key research points are summarized,including institutional linkage and collaborative innovation,big data technology application,institutional mechanism and operation management and so on.We extract and summarize five aspects key tasks for future domestic think tanks’ development,which include organization,talent team,quality of results,communication and influence,institutional mechanism and operation management.
