An Analysis on Patent Development of Jiangxi Province Academy of Forestry

本文详细描述了2002年—2020年近二十年间江西省林业科学院所取得的专利成果,并对其进行分析。结果发现,自2006年开始申请专利起,专利申请数和公开数逐年上升,于2019年达到峰值,且2012年—2020年的申请数为2002年—2011年的15倍。江西省林业科学院专利以发明专利居多,其次为实用新型专利,各项专利主要研究方向为园艺、微生物或酶、种植等,主要功效为降低复杂性、成本以及高便利性和速度。截止当前,被授权专利共计有67项,占总申请量的44.67%,且2018年—2020年专利授权率及有效率都达到100%,其中两项专利维持时间长达14—15年,由此可见,江西省林业科学院专利保护意识显著增强,所取得专利获得社会高度认可。

This paper makes a detailed description and an in-depth analysis of the patent achievements made by Jiangxi Academy of Forestry from 2002 to 2021.The results show that since the beginning of patent application in 2006,the number of patent applications and disclosures has increased year by year,reaching its peak in 2019,and the number of applications is 15 times from 2012 to 2021 more than that from 2002 to 2011.Invention patents,which are followed by utility model patents,account for a large proportion in the patents of Jiangxi Academy of Forestry.Focusing on horticulture,microorganism or enzyme and planting,those various patents are featured with less complexity,lower cost,high convenience and speed.There are 67 authorized patents up to now,accounting for 44.67%of the total number of applications,and the rate of patent patent licensing and the effectiveness rate reached 100% from 2018 to 2020,of which two patents have been held for 14-15 years.It can be seen that Jiangxi Academy of Forestry has a stronger awareness of patent protection and its patents have been highly recognized by the society.
