摘要 锅炉连续排污系统是保障锅炉汽水品质合格的重要措施,连续排污水具有较高的能量品位,一般对其余热予以回收,常规锅炉连排余热回收系统只是将部分连排余热回收至除氧器,却忽略了连续排污水在连排疏水扩容器中闪蒸后剩余疏水余热的利用价值。为有效利用这部分余热,本文结合莱城电厂运行现状,提出了供热季利用连排疏水余热加热热网循环水,以及非供热季利用连排疏水余热加热凝结水的改造建议。 Boiler continuous blowdown system is an important measure to ensure the quality of boiler steam and water. Continuous blowdown has high energy grade and generally recovers the remaining heat. Conventional boiler continuous exhaust heat recovery system only recovers part of the continuous exhaust heat to deoxygenate. However, it ignores the utilization value of the remaining drain heat after the continuous drain water flashes in the continuous drain expansion vessel. In order to effectively utilize this part of the waste heat, this article combines the operating status of the Laicheng Power Plant, and proposes a reform proposal to use the continuous drain waste heat to heat the circulating water in the heating network during the heating season, and to use the continuous drain waste heat to heat the condensed water in the non-heating season.
