摘要
针对目前我国多数翻粮机需要人工扶把、不能实现全自动翻粮的问题,基于Solidworks三维建模软件设计了一种自动翻粮机。对翻粮机传动机构、行走机构、翻粮机构等部分进行优化设计,实现了翻粮机的自动行走、转弯及上下翻倒粮食动作,且其动作平稳,翻粮均匀、高效。
At present, most grain shovelling machines in China need manual handles and cannot realize full-automatic grain turning. An automatic grain shovelling machine based on solidworks 3 D modeling software was designed. Through the optimization analysis of the transmission mechanism, automatic walking, turning and shovelling of the grain turning machine can be completed. The grain machine has stable grain shovelling action and shovels evenly and efficiently.
