从暖通专业视角出发,通过对某项目全过程工程咨询的全面梳理,着重论述该项目方案阶段和施工图阶段,特别是在施工图设计和施工阶段,通风、防烟排烟、空调等方面的主要咨询成果。结果表明:设计阶段,全过程工程咨询主要在于优化方案、施工图等,从根源上合理控制项目投资,确保工程质量;施工阶段,全过程工程咨询应重点转向施工巡查、施工监理、施工造价控制等现场服务环节,进一步合理控制项目投资,控制项目的建设程序、进度等,以确保工程质量。

From the perspective of heating ventilating and air conditioning, the whole process engineering consulting of a project is comprehensively combed, the main consulting results of ventilation, smoke prevention, smoke exhaust, air conditioning and so on in conceptual drawing and project drawing are discussed in detail.The results show that: in the design stage, the whole process engineering consulting mainly optimize the conceptual drawing and project drawing, etc., which can control the project investment in the root reasonably, and ensure the quality of the project;in the construction stage, the whole process of engineering consulting focuses on the construction inspection, construction supervision, construction cost control and other on-site service, which can further control the project investment reasonably, construction procedures, safety, schedule and ultimately ensure the quality of the project.
