摘要
利用耦合度和耦合协调度模型等方法,以河北省沿海地区为研究区,收集了河北省沿海地区2009—2018年的相关统计数据,分析河北省沿海地区2009—2018年间海洋资源环境承载力与经济发展水平之间的耦合协调程度及演变过程。结果表明:河北省沿海地区海洋资源环境承载力和经济发展水平指数变化在2009—2018年总体分别呈下降和上升趋势。2009—2018年河北省沿海地区海洋资源环境承载力和经济发展水平耦合度指数呈倒"U"型变化,耦合协调度指数反复波动,数值处于0.45~0.55之间。耦合阶段处于拮抗阶段,耦合协调类型主要以经济发展滞后型、经济发展损益型、同步型、磨合型和海洋资源环境滞后型为主,耦合水平大致从低水平协调发展到轻度失调发展再到低水平协调发展,耦合度和耦合协调度数值较低,耦合状况有待改善。
In this study,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model were used to collect relevant statistical data in the coastal areas of Hebei Province from 2009 to 2018,and analyze the coupling coordination degree and evolution process between the marine resources and environmental carrying capacity and the level of economic development in the coastal areas of Hebei Province from 2009 to 2018.The marine resources and environment carrying capacity and the economic development level index in the coastal areas of Hebei Province showed a decreasing trend and an increasing trend,respectively,from 2009 to 2018.From 2009 to 2018,the coupling degree index of marine resources and environment carrying capacity and regional economic development level in the coastal areas of Hebei Province showed an inverted"U"type change,and the coupling coordination degree index fluctuated,repeatedly,with the value ranging from 0.45 to 0.55.To coupling phase in the stage of antagonism,coupling coordination type mainly by economic development,economic development and losses of the type,synchronization,running-in and marine resources and environment lag are given priorities.The coupling level about the coordinated development from low levels to mild imbalance development and coordinated development,low coupling and coupling coordination degree value are low.The coupling condition needs to be improved.
