50%氰氨化钙对致倦库蚊卵及幼虫杀灭效果观察

Control efficacy of 50%calcium cyanamide(Rongbao)against eggs and larvae of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus

目的评价50%氰氨化钙(荣宝)对蚊虫生长过程中卵、幼虫的杀灭和生长发育的影响,探讨其作为新型卫生杀虫剂的可能性。方法测试40 mg/L氰氨化钙水解产物单氰胺对致倦库蚊卵孵化的影响;测试不同剂量50%氰氨化钙(荣宝)对幼虫发育的影响。所有计算和分析均在Excel和SPSS软件包进行。结果50%氰氨化钙(荣宝)对蚊卵孵化没有影响。氰氨化钙对Ⅰ~Ⅳ期幼虫的LC_(50)分别为5.339、4.443、2.242和3.089 mg/L。结论50%氰氨化钙对蚊幼有杀灭作用。

Objective To evaluate the effects of 50%calcium cyanide(Rongbao)on the hatching and growth of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus eggs and larvae,discussing the possibility of using it as a new insecticide.Methods High dose of 40 mg/L calcium cyanamide was tested on Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus egg hatching.Varied doses of 50%calcium cyanamide were tested on mosquito larvae development.All calculations and analyses were performed with Excel and SPSS software.Results 50%calcium cyanamide(Rongbao)displayed no hindrance to mosquito egg hatching.The medium lethal concentrations(LC_(50))mg/L of calcium cyanamide to the first,second,third and fourth instar larvae were respectively 5.339,4.443,2.242 and 3.089 mg/L.Conclusion 50%calcium cyanamide can be used as mosquito larvicide.
