摘要 目的掌握重庆市大学城区域内蝇类的物种多样性、种群密度、季节消长及不同诱饵诱捕蝇类的效果,为蝇类防控提供科学数据。方法2018年10月至2019年9月对大学城4个监测点进行蝇类调查,主要采用笼诱监测法,选用糖水、水果、腐肉3种不同诱饵进行周期性调查,每月采集1次,持续12个月。结果共捕获蝇类2277只,属7科24属37种,丽蝇科种类最多,达15种,麻蝇科和蝇科次之。采用糖水、水果、腐肉3种不同材料作为诱饵,诱捕数量分别为213、476、1588只,腐肉诱饵诱捕效果最佳。蝇类种群密度最高的季节是5月,9月多样性指数最高,蝇科活动周期较长。结论初步掌握了重庆大学城蝇类的重点种类、食性选择、多样性、密度变化和季节分布特点等,可为针对性防治工作提供参考。 Objective To understand the species diversity,population density,seasonality and the catching effects of different bait traps of flies in the Chongqing University Town,and to provide scientific data for fly control.Methods From October 2018 to September 2019,four monitoring sites were investigated in University Town.Cage traps were used for fly capture,and sugar water,fruit and carrion were chosen as the baits for periodic investigation.The monitoring was carried out once a week,lasted for 12 months.Results A total of 2277 flies were captured,belonging to 37 species,24 genera and 7 families.Calliphoridae held the most species(15 species),followed by Sarcophagidae and Muscidae.The three different bait materials,sugar water,fruit and carrion,trapped the number of flies of 213,476 and 1588 respectively,and carrion bait showed the best trapping effect.The population density peaked in May,while the highest diversity index took place in September.Muscidae displayed a long cycle of activity.Conclusion The key species,dietary selection,diversity,density change and seasonal distribution characteristics of flies in Chongqing University Town were preliminary grasped,which will provide reference for the targeted prevention and pest control.
