摘要
根据疾控系统科研工作特点,梳理科研经费管理现状与矛盾问题,结合实践经验,提出了健全经费管理制度、优化经费保障渠道、加强经费预算编制、规范经费报销流程的建议。疾控系统科研经费管理特点鲜明、内容复杂,全过程科学规范管理有助于提高科研工作效率。
According to the characteristics of scientific research of disease control system,in this article,the current situations and contradictions of fund management were analyzed.Considering the practical experiences,some suggestions on perfecting of fund management system,optimizing of fund guarantee channels,strengthening of budget preparation,and standardizing of expense reimbursement process were put forward.The scientific research fund management of disease control system is of distinct characteristics and complex contents.The scientific and standardized management in whole process is helpful to improve the efficiency of scientific research.
