摘要
环状RNA(circRNA)作为一类新型非编码RNA,具备高度保守性、稳定性和组织特异性的特点。随着高通量基因测序技术的快速发展,circRNA被发现在多种生物中普遍表达。circRNA作为分子海绵,主要通过竞争性吸附微小RNA(miRNA),并且与RNA结合蛋白相互作用,进而调节靶基因的剪接、转录。circRNA在多种肿瘤中被证实可作为肿瘤标志物和治疗靶点。近年研究发现,多种circRNA在慢性髓细胞白血病(CML)、慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)等多种慢性白血病(CL)中异常表达,与疾病发生、发展和患者预后相关。笔者拟就circRNA在CL中的研究现状进行阐述,旨在为探索CL潜在诊断标志物和治疗靶点提供参考。
As a new class of non-coding RNAs,circular RNAs(circRNA)are highly conserved,stable and tissue specific.With rapid development of high-throughput sequencing,it has been found that circRNA are widely expressed in different organisms.circRNA,as molecular sponges,regulate splicing and transcription of target genes mainly through competitive binding of microRNAs(miRNA)and interacting with RNA-binding proteins.circRNA have been proved as tumor markers and therapy targets in a variety of tumors.In recent years,many circRNA have been found to abnormally express in chronic leukemia(CL),such as chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)and chronic lymphocytic leukemia(CLL),and are related to development and prognosis of the diseases.This article summarizes research status of circRNA in CL,in order to provide potential diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets for CL.
