校企双方深度融合生产性实训基地机制研究

Research on Mechanism of Productive Training Base with Deep Integration of School and Enterprise

生产性实训基地机制是保障校内生产性实训基地正常运行的必要条件。本文通过分析当前校内生产性实训基地机制存在的问题,提出在建设时要建立"政府主导、学院主体、企业主动"的基地建设机制,运行时建立"合作育人、合作生产、合作研发"的长效运行机制,管理时建立"校企共管、权责分明"管理机制。该机制在实践中进行了应用,结果表明,学生的动手实践能力得到提升,人才培养质量取得了明显的成效。

the mechanism of productive training base is the necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of productive training base. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the mechanism of productive training base in the University, this paper proposes to establish the base construction mechanism of "government led, college main body,enterprise initiative" in the construction, the long-term operation mechanism of "cooperative education, cooperative production, cooperative R & D" in the operation, and the management mechanism of "school enterprise co-management,clear rights and responsibilities" in the management. The mechanism has been applied in practice, and the results show that students’ practical ability has been improved, and the quality of talent training has achieved remarkable results.
