双创竞赛指引下的地方高校研究生创新创业教育研究

Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Education for Postgraduate in Local Universities Guided by the I & E Competitions

在"大众创业、万众创新"时代背景下,创新创业成为高等院校提升研究生创新能力和就业能力的重要抓手。本文通过调查地方高校研究生参加双创竞赛的现状,剖析形成原因,提出通过营造研究生创新创业良好校园氛围,调整研究生人才培养方案,完善课程体系,整合校内外资源,搭建创新创业平台,加强高质量的师资队伍建设,健全创新创业激励机制等措施完善地方高校研究生创新创业教育体系。

Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an essential point for universities to improve the innovation and employment ability of postgraduates. By investigating the status on postgraduates participating in the I & E double competition and analyzing the reasons of formation in local university, we put forward some measures to develop the postgraduate innovation and entrepreneurship education system in local university. These measures include creating a good campus atmosphere for postgraduates’ innovation and entrepreneurship, adjusting postgraduates’ talent training programs, reformulating the curriculum system, integrating internal and external resources, building an innovation and entrepreneurship platform,strengthening the construction of high-level faculties team, and improving the incentive mechanism for education system of postgraduate innovation and entrepreneurship in local university.
