摘要
教学焦虑是教师职业生涯中一种常见情绪状态,新手教师的教学焦虑研究主要集中在焦虑水平、焦虑表现、焦虑来源和焦虑应对等方面。以往研究取得了一定成果,但也存在研究范式、研究方法等方面的局限,建议加强新手教师教学焦虑的追踪研究、多因素作用的机制研究和基于团体辅导的实验研究。
Teaching anxiety is a common emotional state in Teachers’ career. The researches on teaching anxiety of novice teachers mainly focus on anxiety level, anxiety performance, anxiety source and anxiety countermeasures.Previous studies have achieved some results, but there are also limitations in research paradigms and research methods.It is suggested to strengthen the tracking research of novice teachers’ teaching anxiety, the mechanism research of multi factor effect and the experimental research based on group counseling.
