Research on Ideological and Political Practice of English Reading Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

英语阅读是高职英语课程的重要组成部分,因此高职教师应着重培养学生的英语阅读能力,从而提升他们的英文理解能力和语感。创造良好的阅读环境,合理引导学生进行高职英语阅读,通过合理的教学方式促进他们的英语阅读水平提高是当今高职英语阅读教育的目标。本文就高职英语阅读教学现状和阅读教学思政措施进行了探究,以期给高职英语教育工作者一些借鉴。

English reading is an importantpart ofHigher Vocational English curriculum. Therefore, higher vocational teachers should focus on cultivating students’ English reading ability, so as to improve their English understanding and language sense. Creating a good reading environment, reasonably guiding students to carry out higher vocational English reading, and promoting their English reading level through reasonable teaching methods is the goal of higher vocational English reading education. This paper makes a comprehensive exploration on the current situation of English reading teaching in higher vocational colleges and the ideological and political measures of reading teaching, so as to give some reference to English educators in higher vocational colleges.
