护理双师型教师队伍建设研究

摘要 "双师型"护理教师队伍的建设重心是全面提升教师的理论和实践能力,方便教师可快速适应于临床医学的需求。从综合的角度来讲,指导教师充分意识到临床护理中基础护理、突发状况、心理干预、健康教育的正确措施,以便全面提升授课质量。在"理论"和"实践"两者作用下,构建"一体化"教育模式及平台,不仅能提升护理师资团队能力,还能提升护理队伍的综合能力。基于此,文章就护理双师型教师队伍的建设措施进行了探讨。 The focus of the construction of "double qualified" nursing teachers is to comprehensively improve teachers’ theoretical and practical ability,so that teachers can quickly adapt to the needs of clinical medicine.From a comprehensive point of view,instructors are fully aware of the correct measures of basic nursing,emergencies,psychological intervention and health education in clinical nursing,so as to comprehensively improve the teaching quality.Under the action of "theory" and "practice",constructing an "integrated" education model and platform can not only improve the ability of nursing teachers,but also improve the comprehensive ability of nursing teams.Based on this,this paper discusses the construction measures of nursing double qualified teachers.
