新高考改革背景下浙江省高中学生学习负担状况研究 被引量:1

摘要 在当下,学生学习负担过重的现象在我国的高中一直普遍存在,并受到社会的关注。本研究旨在对于该政策在温州市W中学的实施情况的个案进行调研。本研究主要立足政策文本,采用问卷法和访谈法进行调查。本研究发现,减负政策一定程度上得到了执行,但并未彻底落实。政策对于减轻学生学习负担存在一定的积极意义。但在教育资源不充足且分布不平衡、社会贫富差距较大且竞争激烈、高考制度的存在给考生带来较大压力的背景下,政策未能充分考虑适用对象意愿和差异性,政策本身的清晰性不足,问责机制未能充分完善,为政策执行的过程中存在的问题埋下了伏笔。 At present,the phenomenon of students’ excessive learning burden has been widespread in senior high schools in China,and has attracted the attention of the society.The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the policy in W Middle School in Wenzhou.This study is mainly based on the policy text,using the methods of questionnaire and interview.This study found that the burden reduction policy has been implemented to a certain extent,but it has not been fully implemented.The policy has certain positive significance for reducing students’ learning burden.However,under the background of insufficient and unbalanced distribution of educational resources,large gap between the rich and the poor and fierce competition,and the existence of the college entrance examination system brings great pressure to candidates,the policy fails to fully consider the wishes and differences of applicable objects,the clarity of the policy itself is insufficient,and the accountability mechanism is not fully improved,laying the groundwork for the problems existing in the process of policy implementation.
