海警新兵心理健康与生命意义感的关系研究:有中介的调节效应分析

A Study on the Relationship between Mental Health and Sense of Meaning of Life in Marine Police Recruits:An Analysis of Mediating Regulatory Effect

目的:了解海警新兵心理健康总体情况,分析生命意义感、积极情绪及入伍自愿程度与海警新兵心理健康之间的关系。方法:采用问卷调查法对690名2021年海警春季入伍新兵进行整群抽样调查。结果:海警新兵一般健康阳性检出率为18.26%;入伍自愿程度通过积极情绪的中介作用调节生命意义感与一般健康的关系。结论:海警新兵心理健康的总体情况较好,提升生命意义感、增加积极情绪能够促进新兵心理健康发展。

[Objective] to understand the overall mental health status of marine police recruits,and to analyze the relationship between the sense of meaning of life,positive emotion,voluntary degree of enlistment and the mental health of marine police recruits.[Methods] a cluster sampling survey was conducted among 690 marine police recruits in the spring of 2021.[Results] the general health positive rate of marine police recruits was 18.26%;The voluntary degree of enlistment regulates the relationship between the sense of meaning of life and general health through the mediation of positive emotion.[Conclusion] the overall situation of mental health of marine police recruits is good.Improving the sense of meaning of life and increasing positive emotion can promote the development of mental health of recruits.
