摘要 社群的社会控制本质形塑了知识服务的从众心理和趋同行为,在“知识螺旋”的作用下,图书社群内部“知识+关系”动态场域的形成及空间转移建构了完整的知识转移体系。“知识场”成为图书社群知识选择、连接与转移的中间变量,关系网则借助知识交互与势差形成知识流动和社群稳定化。原始场、对话场、系统场、练习场四个场阶段的变迁诠释了知识与关系流动、转移、重组和升华的迭代逻辑,建构价值共同体、搭建多元信任体系、打造社群循环生态成为创造图书社群流量增长点的核心路径。 The essence of social control in community shapes the herd mentality and convergence behavior of knowledge service.Under the effect of"knowledge spiral",the formation and spatial transfer of"knowledge+relationship"dynamic field within the book community construct a complete knowledge transfer system."Knowledge field"becomes the intermediate variable of knowledge selection,connection and transfer."Relationship network"forms knowledge flow and community stabilization through knowledge interaction and potential difference.The changes of the four fields,namely,the originating field,the dialoguing field,the systemizing field and the exercising field,explain the iterative logic of knowledge and relationship flow,transfer,reorganization and sublimation.The core path of creating book community traffic growth point is to construct value community,build multi-trust system and create community circular ecology.
