后疫情时代瑞典实体书业的危机困境与破局之道 被引量:1

摘要 实体书业要想化解危机、突破困局,走一条长效发展的“疫”外变革之路,就必须从自身处境出发,扫清障碍,并积极获取外界援助寻求政府资助。文章以全球疫情背景下的瑞典实体书业为研究对象,从销量下滑、跌幅特征、延期出版和培训停滞四个方面出发,介绍瑞典实体书业面临的危机困境,并在此基础上,总结出调整常态化运营制度、发动粉丝型顾客援助、打造IP直播签售图书和推行沉浸式数字书展等面向后疫情时代的创新提振策略,以及补助工时薪资、补偿固定租金和补贴文化活动三种可供实体书业申请的扶持政策。这种逆境中“自救”与“他救”相结合的卓有成效的破局之道,对我国图书出版业在后疫情时代全面恢复常态有着重要借鉴意义。 Only by formulating countermeasures based on its own situation could the physical book industry resolve the crisis and make break through to deal with dilemma during the pandemic prevention and control period,and make a long-term development goal on the road of change as well.In addition to innovation,the physical book industry should also actively seek outside assistance and government funding.The article takes the Swedish physical book industry in the context of the pandemic as the research subject,and introduces the crisis and dilemma faced by the Swedish physical book industry from four aspects:declining sales,the characteristics of the industry on the decline,delayed publication and stagnant training.Based on the above exploration,this article summarizes innovative boosting strategies for the post-pandemic era as follows:adjusting the regular operation system,mobilizing fan-based customer assistance,creating IP authors'live book sales and implementing immersive digital book exhibitions,as well as three support policies that can be applied by the physical book industry,such as subsidizing working-hours salaries,compensating fixed rents and subsidizing cultural activities.The above-mentioned solutions effectively combining"self-help"and"other-rescue"in the face of adversity constitutes important way forward for the book publishing industry in China to return to normalcy in the post-pandemic era.
