大学本科专业培养效果的最终检验成果是本科毕业论文,本科毕业论文的撰写广义上包括选题与开题、写作与修改、答辩再修改和装订这五大环节,学生在融入这五大过程中表现各异,有主动性的问题也有被动性的问题。本次研究以H高校劳动与社会保障专业本科毕业论文写作质量提升为研究对象,信息来源于对该专业15-17级本科学生毕业论文写作问卷调查和多年毕业论文统计情况汇总,较深刻的剖析了论文撰写中的问题,并从学术和专业的角度提出了高质量论文的写作标准,最后从公共管理人才培养的角度提出了H高校劳动与社会保障专业本科毕业论文写作质量提升的对策。

The final test of the undergraduate professional training effect is the undergraduate graduation thesis. This study focuses on the improvement of the quality of undergraduate thesis writing of the labor and social security major of H university. The information comes from the questionnaire survey of the graduation thesis writing from 15-17 undergraduate students in the major and the summary of the statistics of the graduation thesis of several years. The high-quality thesis writing standards in-depth analysis are proposed from the academic and professional perspectives. Finally, the countermeasures to improve the quality of the undergraduate thesis writing of labor and social security majors in H University are proposed from the perspective of public management personnel training.
