教学改革和课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的核心,结合课程特点进行有效的教学改革和课程思政建设,顺应时代潮流,满足学生与时俱进的课程需求,实现教书育人、三全育人,这是教学教学工作者的不懈追求和责任。"材料力学"课程理论性强、公式多、学习难度大,针对学生学习过程中存在的困难、缺乏学习积极性、学习效率不高的问题,分别从教师自我提升层面、线上线下组合教学模式、案例法教学及"以赛促学"的多层次教学阐述提升教学质量的具体实践方法,探究课程教学改革和课程思政建设实践路径。

Educational reform and course education are the core of cultivating people with virtue. This is the teaching staff’s unremitting pursuit and responsibility to meet the students’ course requirements changing with The Times and realize three-wide education through continuous reform based on curriculum characteristics. The course of "mechanics of materials" which has many formulas is highly theoretical and difficult to learn. Meanwhile students have difficulties in the learning process lacking of enthusiasm and low efficiency. This paper expounds the specific practical methods to improve the teaching quality from the aspects of teachers’ self-promotion, online-offline combined teaching mode,case teaching method and multi-level teaching of competition to promote learning, and explores practice path of the course teaching reform and course education.
