摘要
通过三段式冷却制备低成本600 MPa级热轧双相钢,研究了弛豫温度和弛豫时间对组织和性能的影响情况。研究表明,随着弛豫温度的升高和弛豫时间的减少,试验钢马氏体的含量呈现上升趋势,组织由岛状逐渐过渡到条带状、大块聚集分布的状态,使其强度增加,延伸率降低。
The low cost 600 MPa hot rolled dual phase steel was prepared by three-stage cooling,and the effects of relaxation temperature and relaxation time on microstructure and performance were studied.The results showed that with the increase of relaxation temperature and the decrease of relaxation time,the content of martensite showed an upward trend,the microstructure gradually changed from island to strip and large aggregate distribution,the strength increased and the elongation decreased.
