摘要 通过对X100管线钢在CO_(2)腐蚀环境下的腐蚀产物形貌、成分和腐蚀速率进行研究,分析不同显微组织对抗CO_(2)腐蚀性能的影响规律。研究表明:X100管线钢热轧态、正火和淬火+回火后显微组织分别为针状铁素体+少量准多边形铁素体、铁素体+少量球状珠光体和超低碳板条贝氏体,在CO_(2)腐蚀环境下的腐蚀速率分别为9.8332、24.05和18.8775 mm/a。X100管线钢正火后腐蚀速率最高,抗CO_(2)腐蚀性能最差;热轧态的腐蚀速率最低,抗CO_(2)腐蚀性能最好。 The morphology,composition and corrosion rate of corrosion products of X100 pipeline steel under CO_(2)corrosion environment were studied,the effect of different microstructure on CO_(2)corrosion resistance were analyzed.The results showed that the microstructure of X100 pipeline steel after hot rolling,normalizing and quenching+tempering were acicular ferrite+a small amount of quasi-polygonal ferrite,ferrite+a small amount of spherical pearlite and ultra-low carbon lath bainite,respectively.The corrosion rates in the CO_(2)corrosion environment was 9.8332,24.05 and 18.8775 mm/a,respectively.The X100 pipeline steel had the highest corrosion rate and the worst CO_(2)corrosion resistance after normalizing,The corrosion rate was the lowest and the CO_(2)corrosion resistance was the best in hot rolling state.
